i have potassium citrate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, potassium gluconate and experimenting with my body reaction. potassium gluconate is the mildest with least taste. potassium orotate is a new addition. the powder without the capsules is very nasty tatste, worst than the potassium chloride, the previous king of nasty. but it seemed that orotate will help the potassium to enter our cells. so it sud be very good...

Even when consuming a healthy variety and amount of veggies with each meal it can still be a challenge to meet daily potassium requirements. we need to supplements potassium as difficult to get enough from foods. i have also low potassium problems since young, with easily mind and muscles fatigue, muscles twitching and palpitations. i need at least 3000 mg per day from supplements, so trying potassium orotate as part of the supplements. without the capsules, the taste is very difficult to take. but ok with the mid size capsules.
