Most B-vitamins either have inactive, synthetic forms and less than optimal dosage. This is my new favourite! Not extreme but enough of each activated forms. The lack of B-2 is appreciated as well, though it is vital I would rather dose it separately. Feel a clean energy all day long.
This supplement seems to have the good formulation with TMG. I somehow feel good after incorporated this into my daily supplement routine. I only take every other day to avoid over using. I chose this particular one because the B12 is as methylcobalamin, not as cyanocobalamin. Would prefer if it included the B2.
This product is used to help healthy homocysteine levels, support mitochondria, inhibit inflammation to protect the heart and actually promote whole body health. Swanson has used the activated forms of the ingredients which makes them more bioavailable. I'm impressed with this because it is a good price. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste.

The formula contains all the right active forms — methylated B12, folate, B6, and TMG — and the quality seems very good for the price. I’ve used other B-complex formulas that gave me more noticeable energy, but this one feels clean and well-balanced. Great value and solid quality overall.
