I love the Swanson brand Spearmint capsules but this is the first time I have tried this supplement. I am using it to help control and minimize androgen/testoterone levels as I am a female. I have taken may brands of saw palmetto but this one seems to be working just as well as the others.. I'm hoping it will help with mild acne as well.
Using this product for supposed hair benefits, but hard to say it helps grow hair. I can say it seems to maintain hair left and slow any other hair loss. Also, provides male prostrate support.
This one has just the right proportions of Saw Palmetto and Beta-Sitosterol. Have tried many other ones with one of these two ingredients, but this one has the quality that makes a big difference.
Good quality and ingredients however quantity is low compared to other brands. Packaging was good and well received. I would wait to see the ultimate benefits. I highly recommend this product as I have researched it in different web sites and I feel it is the right product for me
