so i have egg whites for my lunch or dinners and it can taste pretty bland. i mix this into the egg whites and im so happy i discovered this bc it really adds some flavor to it. aside from that, its mostly protein too, which is great for my high protein diet. the garlic taste isnt crazy, a bit faint but its still there and would definitely be a great alternative

Nutritional yeast should say GARLIC FLAVOR not Roasted Garlic as its flavor not the Garlic itself, had the flavoring taste, next time will order the regular Nutritional Yeast and add my own GARLIC. Not ordering this again

It is always good to add vitamin B to our diet and nutritional yeast is a good source thereof. The ingredients are of a good quality and I like the roasted garlic flavor. My daughter needs some encouragement to eat her eggs and by adding this into her scrambled eggs she has had no problem eating them.

The pot is smaller, the yeast flakes are smaller, the garlic flavour is mild. The quality is on par with all Bragg products, ie very good. My personal preference, having tried this, is for the straight nutritional yeast, which I can tip over every meal or straight into my mouth and eat with gusto. I rate Bragg products highly, so I can recommend this.
