Protein Bar, Birthday Cake, 4 Bars, 2.12 oz (60 g) Each

So I came across these protein bars when I was looking for low calorie to protein ratio protein bars. I've never had a birthday cake flavored bar before so I thought it would be nice to try, and the reviews seemed promising. Surprisingly, I wasn't disappointed! I received these at the height of winter here, so the bars were extra hard and seemed difficult to eat. I decided to try and cut them in half and put them in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at 500-600w. That was probably the smartest thing I could have done. They pretty much doubled in size and became these small cakes that I could eat like a pastry instead of a protein bar, and they were delicious! Please note that my microwave is not too strong so you might need less time with yours. Despite the relatively high price compared to local products in my country, I decided to order two more boxes straight away. I also ordered four other flavors to try and i'm looking forward to do that. What I can say is that the Smore's flavor (which I order together with this one in my the first order) doesn't rise as much after going in the microwave, so if you like the pastry "edition" I would go with this one. I tried many Quest bars, and this is one of the best. In contrary to most Quest bars, this one is also softer and easier to chew through.

I don't know how to explain this but its good and bad at the same time lol, it tastes good but has a slight taste that is weird idk what it is, the size is chunky for each bar, I dont think its good for those who has diet it feels sugary and also the texture is gewy (idk how to write it😂)

This is such a delicious protein bar. It tastes like the actual birthday cake but there is more protein in the ingredients and less carbs and fats. The size of the packaging is very convenient. It can be a very benefiting part of the diet. The quality of this bar is so good and I use it as pre workout snack or post training snack.
