The snack is very tasty. The texture is a bit dense but not doughy. The taste is pleasant, not very sweet and not excessive. I liked it and will definitely buy it again. It goes very well with coffee or tea, both adds good flavor and upgrades the amount of protein. The most delicious was the peanut butter flavor. There are no odors or aftertastes. good size.

protein source, excellent fiber source and serve quite well as a dessert or sweet snack. The high fiber also keeps the carbs low for keto folks. Their texture is chewy but not gritty and the flavors are wonderful. I have tried many high protein bar brands but these are the ones I will continue to re-order. Oh and the low calorie count keeps me under my daily intake without ever feeling deprived. Good quality for such a fair price!
