These are easily my favorite Quest bars. The taste is spot on—actually tastes like cookies and cream rather than just "sweet protein." I love the little cookie chunks throughout. The macros are unbeatable for 21g of protein and only 1g of sugar. Great for a quick post-workout snack or when I'm craving something sweet but want to stay on track.
Quest cookies and cream is my fav protein bar of all time. The texture is perfect for me but I can see some ppl hate it .
It is quite heavy and concentrated and takes a while to chew through, a little like plasticine. The taste is surprisingly decent. It is very sweet, almost too sweet. The size and the heaviness together should make you feel quite full for a while, if you take it with a coffee or something.
Good quality overall. I noticed a small difference after using it for a while. The packaging was nice and it arrived in good condition. I would consider buying it again.
They recently changed the recipe of these ones and they are amazing. Massive white chocolate chunks and lots of cookie pieces. The quality is always on point. Will definitely be buying again x

This is my first time trying Quest Cookies and Cream protein bar! I don't like all Quest products, but this is one of my favorites. One of the protein bars with a better taste without any strange taste or smell. The packaging can be seen in the attached photo, wrapped in a box with the Quest brand with a picture of a Cookies and Cream protein bar, as well as some other information printed on the outside of the box. The box is neat, nothing is dented or damaged. Shipping from iHerb is quite fast and satisfactory. Quest Protein Bars are healthy. They come with a very low sugar load (1g), reasonable calorie count (190), and fairly robust fiber content to boot (13g). This is my comfort foods for anytime cravings! The Quest cookies and cream protein bar is a sweet treat, with only 1g the sugar, I can enjoy whenever I want to satisfy my sweet tooth. Lol~ The Quest cookies and cream protein bar is not hard, not smelly, not sticky, not grainy and not too sweet. The snacks is really good and the chocolate chips inside are delicious. The consistency is almost like cookie dough but just a bit more chewy and doesnt feel like a protein bar. Anyway, these taste so good and have a high protein amount. Carbs and sugars are very low. It’s filling so it’s almost like eating a late dinner. The size of the Quest cookies and cream protein bar isn’t huge but it’s just the right amount to be satiated. The quality of this Quest Cookies and Cream protein bar is excellent and guaranteed to be delicious! The ingredients they use to make this protein bar are also healthy and won't cause sudden, drastic spikes in blood sugar. and the benefit it can help my diet program if I'm hungry again in the middle of the night like today. Lol~ I just wish they were less pricey, because the product it’s so expensive. I will not buying anymore until this product is cheaper. Lol~
I tried the Protein Bar Cookies & Cream (4 Bars, 2.12 oz each) and overall I like it. For me, the bar is quite sweet, but that works out perfectly — I only need half a bar to feel full. It’s very satisfying: I get my protein, fiber, and a sweet treat all at once. The texture is soft and chewy, and the flavor really reminds me of cookies and cream. A convenient snack when I want something filling and a little indulgent.
We have tried virtually every protein bar on the planet and this has always been the brand and especially flavor that we keep coming back to. They are a nice size portion (leave you wanting more, but not needing more). The flavor is very spot on for the cookies-n-cream and cookie dough bars...and delicious! Like that they have less calories than some of the other brands.
I liked this flavor best of the quest protein bars I’ve tried so far. The consistency isn’t powdery and it’s kinda chewy but also bits of the white chocolate. It does crumble though.
