The size and the packaging and the quality is perfect as always when it comes to quest products the test is amazing. And I can say it helps me up my protein intake a bit without increasing my car intake because I’m going on a diet and training to slim down because of my health issues. 100% recommend you to try it out if you like chocolate and I wanna ruin your health goals.

If you are sick of the protein bars and want some change, buy this one. Not only for the change. This cake is amazing. It's not too sweet, and for its taste, the protein goal is totally fine for me. I put it in the microwave, and it's become like a Soufflé, just without the guilt of eating one. lol. I totally will re-purchase it.

It's the first time I buy them and I'm sure I'll order them again, they're delicious, I like that they come in individual packaging, they only have 5 grams of protein, but I loved them! They taste like chocolate cake!

this is probably the best I ever tasted, tried almost every taste and this is definitely the best one if you ask me I can eat it like a regular snake, because it tastes so good. it has low fat low carb and almost no sugar with that kind of taste I think they achieved the achievable. the price is good the quality is good in my personal opinion this is probably the best protein bar so far.
