hopefully works. supposed to be a new anti aging/longevity vitamin better than glutathione. good quality because it includes other mushrooms aswell. not sur about energy but well see.. supposed to boots immunity. package always comes fast. zero taste. maybe a superfood I don't know. sometimes it's detox
We recently read a lot of research about the benefits of ergothioneine, which seem to be largely unknown by most people. Glad to find a reasonably priced product from a trusted company that tests the product. Pills are easy to swallow. You can't see the benefits of things like this obviously, but if you trust the science, it is worth taking.
Ergothioneine is a relatively new supplement but I am really glad it has arrived. For promoting cellular energy it is an excellent addition to my health regimen. I was surprised that after around 2 weeks I was so energized. The CG brand is top notch and I always return to this brand.

this mushroom product is great for good deep sleep and for good cognitive health. I take one in the morning and one at bedtime.
This product I bought because it was on sale and contains mushrooms and the antioxidant ergothioneine, that is usually found in said mushrooms. It has benefits in reducing inflammation and slowing down aging problems. The container is the standard plastic fantastic, the package size amount is decent but I would prefer to buy 3 times bigger ones, really. Capsules have no bad taste or smell, I swallow them without problems. There is another product with 5 times more ingredient, so I will try that one when I feel low in energy or immunity.
This is a great idea for a supplement. Mushrooms are very healthy but you'd have to eat a lot to get a substantial amount of ergothioneine (which wouldn't fit in a few capsules), so 5 mg of added ergothioneine is a great addition. Ergothioneine is one of the substances most closely connected to longevity, and is a unique antioxidant (it has a very long half-life in the body, up to a month or more).
