I haven’t had the chance to use this pumping spray yet since I haven’t given birth, but I purchased it based on many positive reviews and recommendations. I have no idea how I used to pump without this!! Makes such a difference especially if you have elastic nipples. Was using a nipple cream before and it worked, but this is more sanitary (spray) and convenient. Not oily.
