I apply this ointment after every latch and pump session and it had helped me ensure that my nipples are supple and it has never cracked. This is so unlike my first 3 babies. This ointment is great for PREVENTING sore and cracked nipples. Scent is wonderful. Baby has no issue with it.

This does have a nice organic sweet smell to it. When I put this on my nipples and around the area it has a soothing and cooling feeling which helped to sooth my sore nipples straight away. However, I realised that my baby’s poo was a bit seedy and he was slightly constipated after being breastfed soon after I put the cream on. I’m not sure if the cream is the cause but to be cautious, I would suggest to clean the nipples before breastfeeding or don’t breastfeed straight away after putting the cream on.
I actually buy this to use on my face and lather it on like a facemask/balm and sleep in it. I really like it because the ingredients are so pure and natural and it leaves my skin feeling very cocooned in moisture!

I’ve just started using it for dry and cracked nipples as an 8-months pregnant in my final trimester. It soothes and softens nipples well. The scent is also pleasant. Hope it’ll be effective during nursing as well.
I choose this cream because it has good ingredients which means the quality is good for me and my baby, I use it every time i breast feed or pump, the size is small but mighty it is enough for long time i used it also for my lips and nails
its good but not a miracle. basically gives you some moisture and its safe for the baby but wont work on cracked nipplea.
