I was blown away by the positive effect I had from the 120 lozenge pack. Our family and friends have noticed an enormous difference in stress and anxiety management, sleep quality etc. So I went ahead and bought the bigger bottle not realizing the ingredients and tablets were different. Whereas the smaller lozenges are easy to dissolve in your mouth and have a pleasant taste, they also seem to work better for me. (Although the rest of the family seemingly have not noticed much difference in efficacy.) These caplets are huge and presumably to be taken with water. The taste is ok-ish and I prefer to let them dissolve instead as they start to work faster in my opinion. All in all, they still work but I will return to the smaller bottle in the future.

ordered it for my ex-husband for calming down before bed and it worked. ADHD and and stress did not let him fall asleep and this product finally gave him a chance to fall asleep in less than an hour. bills are quite big in size but manageable

This is good brand. Helpful for gentle calming helping with sleep and if you have gaba depletion in your brain from things like postviral or readjusting your brain chemistry after medication changes. Not super potent but also can tell it does something. Take it at night to help with getting to sleep

Our whole family has used them. I don't take them all the time, but when there has been more tension. It seems to help. The tablets taste good in any case!

This is such a grounding supplement. I use it when I feel overstimulated or just need to soften the nervous system. It helps relax without making me sleepy. Very steady calm.

I’m not sure it contributes directly to muscle gain or energy levels (it’s not meant for that), but indirectly it helps restore balance through rest and recovery — which ultimately supports any diet or training program in the long run.
