I’ve been taking 1 tablespoon of this Liquid Magnesium daily, and it’s really helped with my chronic constipation. It also improves my sleep and has eased my muscle cramps. Definitely recommend! The old version was hard to mix because the magnesium would settle at the bottom, and it took a lot of effort to stir the ingredients and measure properly. The quality of this new formulation is much better—it mixes quickly with just a couple of gentle shakes, and its effect is the same. The taste is good.

I will absolutely never stop buying this. I love taking magnesium as a liquid because it absorbs better but the concentrated ones in the dropper are SO strong and just not pleasant. I take this before bed and I wake up feeling like I had the deepest sleep I ever had. And I have no problem jumping out of bed to get up. I don’t take this everyday because I start to build a tolerance to it but when I do, the energy that I have the next day is amazingly noticeable. I ALWAYS recommend this product to all my friends/coworkers who complain about not being able to fall asleep or waking up feeling tired. If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I used to put it in some sort of drink before bed but now I just take it straight up because its just that easy. I definitely wouldn’t be able to do that with the concentrated liquid.
I have used this liquid magnesium on and off over the years, and I can say that I notice a difference in my body when I don't have it. The flavor is very reasonable for being a supplement, a bit sweet and citrus flavored, very easy to get down. make sure to give it a good shake otherwise it can get a little chalky in texture. Trace minerals in general is a brand that I trust and use other products of theirs.
