These are great vitamins, I like how it includes dha in it so I don’t have to take a separate vitamin. It tastes great, and is an excellent price. Many prenatals in the market were recently found to have pfas in them, but they were all tablets, the gummies and liquid ones didn’t so I’m sticking with these for now.
