I love that this supplement is made with whole food ingredients and no synthetic fillers. The mini tablets are easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach issues even when taking it without food. I’ve noticed a nice little boost in energy throughout the day, and overall I just feel more balanced. It’s a convenient, once-a-day option that feels clean and reliable.
I can’t have calcium carbonate because it upsets my stomach. This one doesn’t have that so it’s doesn’t hurt my stomach. Highly recommend for people like me :)
