I am sure it is good, but i prefer the experience of chewing on the OLLY gummies. I have also seen a more dramatic effect from using the gummies, but then again, maybe the effect is still there, but after a bunch of hair growth, and denser hair overall, it is harder for me to notice the sublte but still present effects.
