I've been taking Alive multis daily for multiple months now, different variations of them. The pill is perhaps on the bigger side size-wise, and boy oh boy does the pee come out yellow, but other than that, I have absolutely no complaints about this product. Just make sure to take it with food to avoid nausea (as is the advice with most multivitamins anyway).

I just received these in my last order and haven't been taking them long enough to notice a difference but it certainly cuts down in the amount of supplements you need to take separately when you can combine them all into one well priced good quality multi that has pretty much anything you were ever going to need in it
