The quality of the ingredients of this magnesium is superb. The size of pills is on the largest scale. I use it for PCOS management, although I noticed spasms in my feet while using this however I take it before sleep and it does make me sleepy a little bit but not drowsy in the morning. I was using thorns magnesium bisaglycinate and it made me extremely drowsy and the taste was horrible. The supplement gives no active taste. I recommend for hormone management.
