been taking this regularly for my peripheral neuropathy. dr. berg recommended it and since then, ive felt less and less tingling in my arms and legs. it wont happen immediately, regularity is key. apologies for the picture, id thrown out the bottle so i can only show similar benfothiamine. nature's truth however is the better brand for me.
My neurologist recommended this I have perifrial neuropathy, it has helped a lot so far . This size is enough for 2 Months very economical. This has a flip top lid for easy dispensing , which is helpful at a certain age esp. if you have arthritis . This is a product to supplement your diet , excellent quality. Would buy again .

I come to the realazation recently, that somtimes I just dont get enough from my food, and feel like a need a little boost of a supplement. I feel like this one is really good and really important. the quality of the ingredients is great, and so is the size if the package. could really feel the benefits of it.
I purchased this, and I didn’t notice a significant difference, but I know I take medication that depletes my body of B1 so I guess this supplement was just too ensure I wasn’t getting too low on B1.
