These gummies do what they are suppose to do you have a good nights sleep one gummy works but if you take 2 you sleep so deep I first ordered the 10mg then I switched to the 12 mg I like this one betterI have reordered so many time this is the best for a good nights sleep and it taste good too

Love this . Easy to take , good size right dosage , and I get the benefits. Melatonin works for me . Nice taste and its quality has little to dispute about. Take it about 30 minutes before bed time . I turn on my sleep music and I will be in dreamland without much effort . Use to have trouble sleeping and was on prescription meds for awhile .
