Melatonin, Natural Raspberry, 1.85 fl oz (55 ml)

Originally I was using the full amount recommended but found that one can actually use a lot less. Not only do I use this with our 2 oldest kids but also myself. The flavor is fine, with a raspberry taste to it as described on the bottle so if you are into berries you shouldn't have an issue (not so much vanilla but it's there). As for the kids, I usually give around 2-3 drops to the them. Our older, autistic child takes longer to fall asleep but he still does usually with an hour whereas the younger child usually within 30 minutes. The only issue we seem to have with melatonin is that sometimes we do wake up in the morning (e.g. 2-3ish or 3-4ish) & can't get back to sleep but it does seem to give deeper sleep up to that point (usually going to bed between 9-10 at night). Long lasting using a lesser amount & still effective!

I bought melatonin as drops in this product specifically because the ingredients were relatively pure compared to other products and the drop system let me easily adjust the dose. My family member who uses it only uses 7 drops fro ~1mg each night to help shift his circadian rhythm. It is effective thus far. But we do not want him to be on it long term.

Quality ingredient size is good. Dosage is A-OK. Benefit is yummy in my tummy. Taste is like riding unicorns through rainbow clouds. I like to feel warm and fuzzy all over. It is the best. It is spectacular. It is really something. It is like walking through the forest with spirit guides.

I recently tried KAL Melatonin, Natural Raspberry, 3 mg (1.85 fl oz / 55 ml), and I’m quite pleased with this supplement. The raspberry flavor is light and pleasant — not overly sweet or artificial — which makes it easy to take even for someone who doesn’t usually like flavored sleep aids. The liquid form is convenient and easy to measure, which I find more flexible than pills.

Swanson is good quality, and the taste was excellent, but I did didn’t get the sleep benefit I needed… No fault of this product!

it works maybe a little too good at times so I typically take less than the recomended amount. taste is fine and mixed into tea is even better

The 3mg raspberry liquid melatonin was a lifesaver. It’s the same strength as my daughter’s prescription but much more affordable. The bottles were well-packaged, and the product tastes fine. Using a syringe ensures the correct dose. It works perfectly, and I'm grateful for the amount I was able to get.
