I LOVE this protein is an understatement! The best part is that it doesn’t get chalky like other protein powders do and it taste so delicious (with just water too)!!! I usually drink this before training and it helps give me a little boost, this protein also helps with not being too bloated. I 1000/10 recommend purchasing this protein!!!
Really delicious whey protein in smoothies! However there’s a weird sour taste if you don’t mix it well. The ingredients don’t seem to cause me to bloat which is always a plus. The size of the packaging is great it doesn’t take much space. I really recommend it as an additional supplement for protein in your diet. It’ll help your fitness journey!

I bought the protein but it doesn’t have a scoop inside to measure it.so what scoop is good 30g,20g or 10g.cause i don’t want to over take it
