Repeat customer. First time trying avocado oil, ever. First, the colour. Mine is like an olive gold. But fret not. Not all avocados yield MTV-green oil! Next, the taste. It tastes - like avocado! So that's a good sign. I find avocado oil to be more gentle and to go down more smoothly than EVO.
