I love this combination of olive oil and avocado oils together as I use both. The size is very convenient and lasts a good while. It’s great for making homemade dressings, coating my fry pan when doing stir fry, and great for roasting veggies. It’s the only oil I use, (other than coconut oil occasionally for baking). It is a great value and always arrives well packaged and is of a very high quality, not to mention being healthy for you.

I use this brand because it has clean ingredients and is a quality brand. I buy from iHerb because they can be trusted to send the correct product from that company. Ships packaged well and quick delivery. This product is not a strong flavor like some.I am very pleased with Chosen brand .

My favorite cooking oil ever ! It’s real avocado oil! No heavy metals (it was tested ) best flavor ! Super smooth and can use for baking cooking frying salads and more ! I can't say much about the taste but I can say it didn't get in the way of the flavor of the food. I like the way it smelled, though. I still prefer to buy avocado oil and olive oil separately but this was okay. I used this to roast vegetables and they turned out pretty good.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
