Ashwagandha, 90 Vegan Capsules

I added these into my routine to see if it would help with my mood and sleep patern at night. it seems to calm me a bit in situations that would otherwise be a bit stressful. I love that they take an Ayurvedic approach using quality adaptogenic ingredients in all of their supplements. they come in small easy yo swallow veggie capsules. there is a slight smell and tastes, but nothing to overpowering. the benefits of these small capsules pack a lot of value.

I have been taking this product for about a week now and I consider it a heavy hitter in my arsenal of natural supplements. I have an auto immune disease that has been put into remission by changing my eating habits and introducing supplements. Ashwagandha helps balance my hormones as well as keep me out of depression which are common when the thyroid is disrupted.

I noticed a difference in my focus and performance the same day I took the Ashwagandha supplement. I’m a property manager and my office stays busy! I decided to take this to help stay focus and on top of my game. I was on it! Lol I had so much energy, I was knocking things out asking for more work 🤣 I felt so accomplished! Definitely recommend especially if you’re in a fast paced environment. No bitter taste at all and I simply took it with my morning breakfast and coffee. Will be buying again once I’m done with my first bottle!

I look for products with limited fillers. This fills that bill. While the bottle suggests 3 capsules 1-2x day, i take one capsule in the evening to help me wind down. It is enough. Doesnt make me feel loopy just relaxed and calm. I really love this product and highly recommend if you have alot of stressors in your life and/or struggle with relaxing enough to fall asleep.

I tried these Ashwagandha supplements by Nutrachamps. They have a pleasant lemon-pepper smell. The pepper aids in absorption. The capsules were easy to swallow and had no yucky aftertaste. I struggle to relax, and this supplement helps me to do that. I would recommend this supplement to a friend.

These are great quality as usual. If you know anything about this supplement it is great for women especially as we age or need some hormone balancing. I have not only take this but recommended it to friends. It has a peppery smell as pepper is an ingredient to help with absorption but you don’t taste it at all.
