I use it to balance estrogen levels. Compared to other brands it offers great quality and value. I like that it does not include black pepper hopefully, they won't add it. I will order it again.
The worst supplement ever! I had the worse migraine!! I never ever had one ever in 50 years!! ever!! I felt like nauseous, couldn't eat. Two pills in 2 days and I had to stop. Also the worst tummy pain ever. I almost went to emergency room and I can handle pain like when I took my big finger nail totally out...I was ok...this supplement tummy pain was much worse.
I started taking ALLMAX Essentials DIM to help with hormone balance, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and totally gentle on my stomach. I haven’t experienced any headaches or nausea like I did with some other DIM brands.

basic dim, i bought it to combat a hormonal imbalance. i really enjoyed it.
I took Allmax DIM with the intention of reducing my Male Estrogen and having a better balanced Testosterone-Estrogen ratio. Followed the recommmended dosage but had absolutely zero effect on me. I even upped the dosage to 3 tablets for a week but noticed nothing. I do not know if DIM as a product doesn't work for me OR if other brands shall work better. To give DIM a second try, I have purchased "Force Factor, Fundamentals DIM Diindolylmethane, 30 Vegetable Capsules" which has a higher dosage of 300 mg DIM (Diindolylmethane) and shall be trying this for the upcoming month of Oct 2025.
Affordable DIM. I'm happy with the quality. Would be great if they would provide with 200mg. DIM can have a crazy price...

when i started i had a bit of diarrhea but I did feel my breasts not too swollen for my period on that month, which helps. It does indeed reduce the estrogen, Just need to use this product continuously to have a better effect, but i liked, Id buy again
I had to stop taking my progesteron pill for a little while. I tried DIM in the meantime I noticed my periods (3rd cycle since stopping the pill) were delayed for about 5-6 days, which I saw as an improvement because I have estrogen dominance and short cycles. It helped me lower my endometriosis induced leg pain, and lower the amount of blood loss during my periods. I have stopped taking it after a few months.
