I had a recipe for carrot soup that uses cashew nuts for alternative ingredient for cream and I think I will make this soup with great frequency! it is good for diet and other nutrition benefits but tastes even batter than cream!

Now Foods products are generally very good, and this is no exception. There seems to be a bit of shrink-flation, but I suppose this has happened with almost everything else out there. The cashews are fine and the quality is solid.
