Organic Chia Prebiotic Squeeze Snack, Blueberry Acai, 4 Squeezes, 3.5 oz (99 g) Each

it’s a great on-the-go, gut-friendly snack—clean ingredients, good nutrition, and easy to consume. Perfect for quick energy or when you want something healthier than typical packaged snacks. Very refreshing! It’s a really convenient and nutrient-dense snack, especially if you want something quick but still “healthy.” The texture is similar to a thick gel because of the chia seeds, which can take a bit of getting used to, but it actually feels satisfying once you like it. Flavor-wise, it’s fruity and slightly tangy—the blueberry is more noticeable, while the acai adds a subtle, slightly earthy depth. It’s naturally sweet from fruit (no added sugar listed), so it doesn’t taste overly artificial or too sugary.

These Mamma Chia squeezes have become my go-to healthy snack for busy days when I need something satisfying on the run. The blueberry acai flavor is delicious—fruity and naturally sweet without being overpowering—and I love the satisfying texture of the chia seeds. Each pouch packs a great combo of fiber, protein, and omega-3s, and it keeps me full and energized between meals. They're organic, non-GMO, and perfect for tossing in my gym bag or purse.

Great taste. easy to use, a little pricey. Wish it came in a more eco-friendly packaging. Good snack for on the go. Size could be a little bit bigger. I like this product to have a healthy snack option for very busy days.

i really like the mamma chia brand of this product. it is the healthiest brand, among other brands who make similar products. these squeezes are non-gmo, organic, low in sugar and contain nothing but wholesome, nutritious ingredients. they taste great mixed in with yogurt, oatmeal, even ice cream. i also like that they supply some prebiotic fiber, which most of us adults don't get enough of.

Terrific if you are KETO After I became KETO several years ago I was losing weight as desired but I was always tired. I started taking these (two capsules daily) and my energy level went back to normal. I have been using them ever since.

My kids absolutely love this pouch! They’re usually pretty picky and not fans of other kid pouches, but this one is a hit. It’s super tasty and packed with fiber, which makes me feel great about giving it to them. Definitely a staple in our house—we’ll be repurchasing again and again!
