This brown sugar version of the monkfruit sweetener is almost like the real thing. I was expecting it to have more moisture and density. It worked well in my keto chocolate chip cookie recipe. I did try it in coffee and it gave that nice warmth of brown sugar latte from SB. Looking forward to experimenting. I have a feeling I'll love it for keto gingerbread cookies & other fall baking.

Sugar is cheaper, except when you factor in health impact. This is based on an ancient Chinese plant used to sweeten tea, traditionally. Maybe it’s the most harmless sweetener. I am making sure it’s available for baking and drinks during the holidays. I need to decrease inflammation so I am sweetening with Monkfruit, taking Vitamin D and spoonfuls of cod liver oil.

Best thing i ever porches it’s not that sweet but the consistency of it it is exactly like real brown sugar but i think the size is a little bit small so i have to get more than one since i baked a lot
Quality product as always. Tastes similar to light brown sugar but not a complete replacement, has a slight cooling taste. I use it for Japanese teriyaki sauce recipes.
