This is a good quality product. I am over 40 and I have nerve pains. The pill is not hard to swallow. The package is not hard to open. I have to take it every day to see a benefit. I had to stick with it for over 30 days. It does not have an impact on my diet. I like that it has B vitamins and turmeric.
