ProtoZymes™, 90 Chewables

I know these are targeted for children, but these work great for me (adult female). Sometimes I only take one if my meal is on the lighter side but I still want some help with digestion. Otherwise taking two with a meal seems to help ease bloating and stomach pain, especially for heavy meals and meals with dairy. They taste good too which is a bonus, and I like that they are chewable which I prefer as it is easier to take. I like that they are vegan and vegetarian too. I recommend trying them if you want something to help with gut digestion. The value for what you're paying is pretty good too, especially when they go on sale!

Happy with the quality and mix of enzymes in this product. I don't use it daily but it has definitely helped reduce my need for prescription meds. It is well tolerated in my stomach and improves my digestion. So far, I am happy with the product but did notice that the pills appear to be degrading a bit with time.
