wanted to try sea buckthorn oil for vegan omega. i heard it’s superior to other plant sources. not that it matters but the oil is such an interesting colour that i enjoy looking at it. i like that it comes with 90 tablets so i don’t need to get more for quite a while.

This supplement is great for stem cell growth, skin and eye hydration, liver function and brain function! It’s incredibly antioxidant, anti cancer and anti inflammatory ! The quality is good, the ingredients are good, and the size is normal for such a capsule. I take the daily dosage and need to take longer to determine the benefit. No aftertaste at least. Unsure as I stated about the effects. I am in my 50's in age and have severely sensitive skin and suffer from dermatitis. I am also vegan.
