Taking this for my serve acne and oily skin and I have definitely seen an improvement. However I will not be taking this brand long term because the dose is too high for daily use. I am scaling it back to taking this a few times a week and a lower dose the rest of the time. Not that it matters but I love the look of the bottle and pills . Pills are a pretty blue powder from the copper.
