I’ve been taking the fruits and veggies capsules for about 2 weeks now. I take the combo in the morning to start the day off with the added benefits to my diet that I don’t typically get. There is no after taste. I have no problem swallowing them. There is no odor. One of the unexpected benefits I noticed is my digestive system seems to be back on track more regularly. Very healthy change indeed.
I just started taking these with the veggies and fruit combo that this brand offers and I already feel more energy. I do not get enough healthy fruits and veggies in my day so this makes it easier to get the nutrients I need. Its amazing how much better my body feels with the proper nutrients. Its like a whole-food vitamin. 3 capsules a day- so I recommend taking it with every meal so that it supplements the food you are already eating.
I was looking for a supplement to ensure the I was getting in my veggies and fruits. This are a much more affordable option then the more popular TV brand and are Soy free which is fantastic. They have enhanced my morning routine and give me energy through the day.
I like that this combo keeps the fruits and vegetables separate- so you can take whichever superfood you are in need of. The packaging is simple and the bottles easy to open. Good for all ages, made with quality ingredients. A nice addition to my supplement stash for when I need a boost.
I bought these for my dad. He had recently bought a well known product that is regularly advertised on TV. When I checked the ingredients, I was shocked to see Soy listed. I did some research and found these Fruits and Veggies. The choice was an easy one and I switched him immediately. He now takes them every morning and I don't have to worry about any harmful ingredients lurking in his supplements. He said he feels better and has better energy, I am happy that he is getting real ingredients with no fillers. These are also cheaper than the ones advertised on TV so we are saving money each month as well.
As I have aged, I don't eat my fruit and veggies like I should so finding this combo has really helped me out. I get the benefit of adding these 2 things into my diet daily and not having to stress about it anymore. They are easy to take and I have notice my energy level has increased since making them a part of my daily routine.
Good fruits and veg complex , high quality product , good ingredients, very effective
I have been following Dr Amen and his work with brain health. I was very excited to see that iherb sells his products. This combination is full of superfoods..
Really solid and worth trying I’ve been using this for a little while now and I can say I’m genuinely pleased with it. It does what it’s supposed to and fits well into my daily routine. The quality feels consistent, and it meets my expectations without any surprises. It’s one of those products you start using and then just keep coming back to because it works. Great ingredients. Nothing dramatic or life-changing, but definitely something I’d recommend if you’re looking for a dependable option. It feels like good value for what you get, and I can see myself reordering it in the future. A reliable choice that delivers on what it promises.
I bought these for my eldly parents to supplement their lacking of fruits and vegetables.
