These make a really yummy sweet snack. I add apple jam and crushed walnuts. There’s cinnamon but not too strong with a bit of sweetness as well if you like it more sweet like me add jam. They are big and chunky one is enough on its own and its low in calories which is a plus for me. I ordered more before I finished it all. It lasts about a month or 2 weeks if I eat it daily. It’s gentle on my IBS and has good fiber in it. A nice addition for my diet. Hoping for more flavors: how about a pumpkin spice one maybe :)?

My new favorite rice cake. I like the whole grain wild rice taste of these cakes. They have just the right amount of salt for my taste. They are not as puffed up as the major brand which gives them a nice crunch that I prefer. One thing to be aware of is that they crumble easily. I actually like this because pretty quickly they break into small pieces similar to popcorn which is another advantage to me.

First off, we a big fans of Lundberg products...mainly for there ethical & authentic approach to growing and producing quality foods. With this rice cake offering, they fill a gap between plain healthy & sweet treats: each cake is 90 calories and has 3g of sugar [versus 70 calories and 0g sugar on the unflavored versions], which is still a much better alternative to most other options for those with a 'sweet tooth,' and for us, it fills the bill. All organic...except for 'natural flavor,' though...which we'd like to know more about. Still, it's a winner, overall!
