The quality of these butterfly pea flowers is excellent, with whole, vibrant petals that brew into a stunning deep blue tea. The ingredient is pure and clean without fillers or extras. The taste is very mild and earthy, making it easy to drink on its own or mix with lemon and honey for a more refreshing flavor. In terms of use, they work perfectly for teas, lattes, or even as a natural food coloring. The size of the bag may seem small, but since you only need a few flowers per cup, it lasts a good while. I used a couple tablespoons of this to make naturally blue-dyed ice cream (i.e. cookie monster ice cream), and it was overall a hit! There were no complaints about how this natural dye impacted the flavor of the food. It smells great alone as well and I am sure it would be wonderful to use to drink tea, make lattes, etc.

Cool stuff :) Little dry little flowers. Three are enough to color the 3dcl of water. The color is also great with lime when change from blue to violet. You have to add a lot more of them for flavor. The taste is not intense, almost non-existent. I like package, you can zip it.

Good quality butterfly pea flowers to make into tea, or use as coloring in rice or desserts, like the Thais do. The flowers have little flavor but the deep blue color is lovely and it's a soothing tea. I add lemon, which turns it purple -- kitchen magic for kids! -- and it's delicious with honey, too. A nice tea to refrigerate and drink freely in the summer, as it has no caffeine.

Superior quality compared to other brands I’ve tried. This one specifically was used twice and still held together and extracted more compared to others. Perfect for Thai blue tea!
