I'm 66, just read where a scientist and researcher, a 93 year old physician's studies reveal older people need as much as 2 times the protein as body weight to retain health, muscle mass and longevity. This stuff is GREAT, taste is addicting. Mix with an egg beater and it is NOT clumpy at all. I am very happy with the price and excellent quality. Mixed with milk it gives very nice and moderate taste with thin thickness, if I am allowed to say so. Not very sweet. Dissolves well.

This product is excellent for boosting protein. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease, which reduces appetite, but he refuses to drink protein beverages. This protein powder can be added to morning oatmeal, yogurt, and even cookie dough. It has made a huge difference in mitigating weight loss.
Great source of protein for the bucks. Tastes amazing, mixes easily in a conventional shaker bottle. Quality is awesome because it mixes well and tastes really good. I use it as a post workout "meal" for a quick source of protein. I mix 16oz of water, 2 scoops and it does the job. Sometimes i drink it to replace a meal i might have missed because of work. Benefits of a protein after a workout is very beneficial. Packaging is nice, a good ol tub with a scoop inside. I cant complain.
