I love these pumpkin seeds! I buy these all the time further quality and taste. I sprinkle them into smoothies and on top of my oatmeal. Just one serving is a great benefit to your diet! I also use them in several different recipes!

The quality is amazibg and ingredients are well labelled. I use this superfood almost everyday. It taste good and it has great benefits for hormonal wellbeing. Especialyy for women who ovulate. And its a great source of healthy fats to add into your diets. The size is appropriate , it came in well packaged .

The seeds were juicy but had no taste. The quality is suppose to be certified organic. The seeds were all the same size and composition and whole not broken in pieces. I will use them in my diet. I like the recipe included on the package. Very nice to have it.
This is a great brand but for the price and size of the package it's not worth the purchase unless you are looking to travel which then makes up for the expense. Overall, the taste and texture of the pumpkin seeds were good, no different than the other brands I usually buy.
