I don't have anything to compare this too, because it's the first time I"ve tasted it. Quality of ingredients seems adequate Size of package is good for keeping it fresh but having enough of hand. I use them in my diet for medicinal purposes mostly. Good health benefits. Would get again.

I recently learned that ajwain seeds are the same as carom seeds. Popular in Indian cooking. I enjoy Indian food, but tbh these seeds were not my favorite . But, deserve a higher rating because if you enjoy these seeds they are potent, fresh & organic.

I use this when I make soups or heat up my bone broth. It provides an oregano and thyme flavor that is very soothing. I even started using it when I bake my own bread and it is great with olives too!

Great quality and delicious taste — being organic makes it even better. I’d just like to see the “best before” date label designed and placed in a way that fits better with the nice packaging.

I got this to make masala chai at home. The bag is large, and fresh. I’ve never tried this herb before, so it isn’t fair to review the flavor.
