This company pure Indian foods seems to have good products. The oil was a standard good quality MCT oil that should help with metabolism and energy. I didn't take it consistently so I can't isolate my own personal benefits, but if you like MCT oil, this should be a clean, good option.
I use this one for my coffee, sometimes salads. Great quality product, it comes in a glass bottle which is important as well. Clean ingredients, tastes good. My coffee is creamy when I drink it with MCT oil. I will buy it again for sure.

I got this MCT oil because I wanted it as an energy supplement for exercise. Since it’s tasteless and odourless, I use it as a salad dressing or pour it over steamed chicken breast.
