I bought this to add to aloo gobi and have used as an ingredient in several dishes so far to enhance the flavor and taste. I was having lots of trouble finding kasoori methi, every time I looked for fenugreek I could only find seeds. I then found this here and was able to use it on my recipe, after toasting and passing it through a pestle and mortar. Well packaged and long expiration date.
