🍋 I am subscribed for reoccurring order for this, it’s THAT GOOD! They exceeded my expectations and perfect lemon flavor and the crust is firm and flaky perfection with great flavor. Even distribution of lemon filling to crust ratio. They even have a little bit of caramelizing on the top layer. Delicious! They are nice size serving and individually wrapped packaging. 😋🍋
Just the right amount of sweetness, tartness, and yummy buttery goodness. If you are a fan of shortbread, I think you will appreciate the delicious firm crumb and the lemon really balances it all. I can’t wait to try this in other flavors. These are perfect with my morning coffee or a small lunch treat. My young kids love them too and they are fairly low in sugar as well.

I love lemon-flavored things that are not popsicles so when I saw how many people recommended this I decided to give it a try. Best decision ever as it's delicious and totally hits that craving of sweet-sour cookie. And they come individually wrapped so you don't need to worry about them going stale and you don't have to eat them in a short period of time. You might eat them all in one go anyway cause they're so tasty though!
