Good quality P-5-P with few extra ingredients. Seemed to work well for keeping prolactin levels in check. I typically prefer a powdered form of P-5-P, but these work fine and the capsules aren't too large. I will order these again when I need them.
P5P helps me stay calm and think clearly. When I approached menopause I suffered from brain fog and I was anxious,irritated at anything. I take all the B vitamins but I make sure they are easy to assimilate into my body. P5P is more easy for my body to use than regular B6. This brand is enteric coated so it doesn’t get destroyed by stomach acid. I take on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before a meal. I’ll always buy this brand.

I'm trying to solve my sleeping issues related to premature cortisol rise at night. I read that P-5-P is a more usable form of B6 so decided to give this a try. It did give me more vivid dreams when I consumed half tablet before bed so I only take quarter tablet daily which helps meet my daily requirement. No particular effects noticed since I scaled to quarter tablet. I like to think that its a good potency and working however it should. The pills have a yellow coating and don't have too much taste to them. They are not too large and easy to swallow.

This is the active, absorbable form of B6 (better than regular B6). Great for energy, hormones, and neurotransmitter support. 50 mg is effective but strong — use based on need, not daily long-term without cycles.
Works well for mom. She uses it as part of her sciatica regimen. Walking much better with no pain and she is 86.

good value for methylated vitamin b6 I wish there was a lower dose, and a 3rd party lab test was published in the product page.
