I’m taking this for 2 months now for grey hair reversal purposes- I also have another 8 supplements so can’t say specifically what helped, but my hair now have less graying. No new grays and I’m still monitoring if pigment will come back

I take it every other day, alternating with glutathione. The tablets are a bit large but easy to swallow. My skin looks calmer and less inflamed. Great value for the size of the bottle!

Good and effective product, especially for summer - as additional sun protection mean -even without SPF cream I had no sun burns. Sun tan very even and long lasting with SOD. Also reducing pigment spots on skin.
