Good dosage of 5000 enough for anybody to catch up with a D3
One of the Cheapest vitamin D on iherb, I don’t feel any difference of different brand of vitamin D so I assumed it’s the same as long as there’s not much different additives.
Kal D-3 at 5000 IU is a decent vitamin/hormone. I take daily due to past low vitamin d levels; helps with immunity and other things. The size of these is nice and small, with gel caps making them easy to swallow.
ok quality for this price. KAL has a lot of good product that are not expensive, thats why I love them
