This supplement helped me tremendously with rising my energy levels. Plus it helped with digestion (regular daily stool). Also my mom took them and it helped with dry eyes symptoms. Although, as any supplement, the results will be not immediate, give it at least one week to see improvements in your health.

I began taking Astaxanthin primarily for its potential skin benefits, and I must say, my skin does seem a bit more resilient and glowing. While it's not a drastic transformation, there's a certain smoothness that I didn't notice before. Also, I haven't experienced any side effects, which is a plus.
