These are the best vanilla beans Ive ever got. I used to buy products from Sri Lanka and Madagasgar.. this is a whole new level and I cant go back to the old stuff I had anymore.

I'm really excited because it's the first time I deal with real vanilla beans. I want to make vanilla liquor to add it from time to time to coffee and tea. The beans I get looks very fresh, scent it not too strong but definitely feels like good vanilla scent. I didn't know how to open them, so I saw "How to Easily Split and Scrape a Vanilla Bean" on YouTube and it worked! There are 2 beans in the package, for now I used just one by putting it's seeds and also the peels into 100ml jar with 30-40 % alcohol (Ethanol that used for hot drinks, of cause. Methanol used for disinfection only, it should never be used internally, it's very very dangerous!!!), closed it well and put it in dark place for a while. I hope it'll work!!

I used this in a custard mix I made for peach tart and cherry clafouti. OMG!!!! The flavor is so much more impactful than typical vanilla extract. You can use this in any dessert recipe for that added fabulous taste factor people are sure to enjoy with every serving. These are quality vanilla beans.

It is a product of excellent quality, when you open the package a tense smell of vanilla comes out which for me indicates the quality, it also has a remarkable flavor and its price is adequate. It will be very useful to use it in a variety of recipes. I'll buy it again

As soon as you opened the bottle the aroma warmed the entire room ! Used it to make vanilla extract. Only down side was the cost for only a quantity of 2 pieces.

It's great to scape the vanilla bean seed out in your recipes, and add the scaped bean in a jar of sugar or maple syrup to create your vanilla sugar for a deeper flavor dessert!

My recipe are more delicious by using this quality ingredient. The taste of them goes to a higher level. The size is reasonable and the package is coming in is protected. The composition is a bit thick and can be added to any diet. I like vanilla and the frequency of using it is big.

very good quality, i need a bigger pack as 2 is just too little.
