I start feeling the tingling sensation about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it, which tells me it’s kicking in. Nothing of concern. During my indoor cycling sessions, I’ve noticed less pressure and fatigue in my legs, especially during longer rides. It seems to be helping with endurance and recovery. I am very happy with these pills. They go dawn well and are a good size to swallow. Love the high quality ingredients. No unneeded fillers. This really helps with post workout recovery. It also seems to give me an energy boost and more stamina. Overall I am happy with the results I am seeing.
Heard this was good for hot flashes...time and regular use will tell the tale...but for now, this was great for energy and having a more productive swim.
This is a great liposomal quality beta alanine and as it's liposomal don't need as much so 3 capsules daily is advised vs 6 of usual, non liposomal product. 4 stars as even though it's liposomal it's overpriced.
