I’ve been taking the Codeage powder supplement for a couple months. I eat a good well balanced diet, but I believe in taking supplements. The Codeage powder mixes good in my morning smoothies and I definitely can see the benefits in my workouts. I have sustained energy during my entire workout and much quicker recovery.
My husband have been taking Dr. Gundry’s Total Repair because he has problems with his gut. When we looked at the ingredients, it’s mostly L-glutamine and some other vitamins.
