Liposomal Vitamin E+, 90 Vegetable Capsules

I'm convinced that liposomal Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. Liposomal vitamin E is better than regular vitamin E because it is better absorbed by the body. Regular vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means that it needs to be dissolved in fat in order to be absorbed by the body. However, liposomal vitamin E is encapsulated in tiny spheres of fat called liposomes. This allows the vitamin E to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. Studies have shown that liposomal vitamin E is more effective at raising blood levels of vitamin E than regular vitamin E. This is because liposomal vitamin E is better absorbed and protected from degradation in the digestive system. So I think it's just smarter to take this kind of vitamin E over others.

It's my first time using it. I'm not convinced this is the best vitamin E I've ever used. I'm also not totally clear if there's enough lipids in the formula; because the other brands I take include a more obvious fat soluble medium for best absorption. What I do like about this one [based on labeling]: 1) *It's not made using any soy (GMO problems); this is most important factor in what I look for in a vitamin E. 2) *It's got a mix of tocopherols, not just D- Alpha. That's the second thing I check for. 3) *No junk fillers added; this is another thing I always look into and they seem to be doing a good job on this.3) It (claims to be a) Liposomal, so that would be good 4) It's got a lecithin complex (supports brain function) 5) It's from a brand that makes some other good formulas, so I respect their approaches and ideas generally.
